All CD-ROM orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom within 24 hours of receiving the order. All CD-ROM orders carry a 30 day replacement product guarantee (excluding shipping costs) if the
product fails to load. Simply return the CD-ROM in a re-saleable condition to the address supplied
with the product stating the reason for the return. We will either re-supply a working CD-ROM or a refund will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

However we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs in various countries. Please note that these are typical delivery times and take no account of weekends or holidays.
